Use the Internet Go to all the big forums, blogs, MySpace and Facebook groups that you can think of, and tell them that the war is still on and NOW is the time to act, and post the link to this site (the link to moonlight-united is on the home page of this one): www.renewmoonlight.com TARGET SITES AND GROUPS THAT ARE NOT ABOUT MOONLIGHT If you can post some Moonlight banner / picture over there, or use a Moonlight avatar do it, but be respectful. We want to inform, not irritate them. And we must respect the rules of these groups. Start with forums and groups that are about TV but don't stop there: target anything big. We have thousands of fans out there, and many, many more viewers who think that the fight is over because of the bad press we got 2 weeks ago. We need to inform these people that this is not true, and that they should act NOW. There will be more to come but for now use these: moonlight-united banners; animated banner! Use radio shows: click here to find out how Also if you would prefer e-mailing them rather than calling, radio stations have email request lines; and in the emails you can tell why and even link to the pertinent websites! Sometimes they have email for all the DJ's and shows right on the website. Use the press: click here and here to find out how; click here for contact details. Use flyers It has been suggested that we use flyers as a means to inform people about the existence of our campaign. After the cancellation by CBS was widely announced in the press, there are probably many viewers out there who think that nothing more can be done, but who love the show and would join us in our efforts if they knew about this campaign. Use these flyers in whatever way you wish (put them in your car window, or post them up in public places, your office door,... anywhere allowed!). We give two formats: jpg but also the corresponding word document, so that you may edit as you wish, if you want to put the name(s) of different websites for example. If you can't afford colour prints, just print in black and white. (note: do not use flyers that contain pictures of the show: they are copyrighted) Use T-shirts, etc... There are also a variety of T-shirts available that you can use to inform people about the campaign.
